Policies
- Reservations must be made at least 7 days in advance to ensure availability.
- A confirmation email will be sent upon successful booking.
- Changes to the booking (e.g., date, time) must be requested at least 72 hours before the event.
- Failure to arrive within 30 minutes of the scheduled start time may result in a forfeiture of the booking.
- Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the event are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made 24-72 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event.
- Rescheduling requests will be accommodated subject to availability and must be made at least 48 hours before the original event date.
- Events must adhere to local noise and public disturbance laws.
- Alcohol is prohibited unless prior approval is granted and appropriate permits are provided.
- No hazardous materials, open flames, or decorations that can damage the arena are allowed.
- Events must conclude by 11:00 PM unless an extended booking is approved.
- All trash and decorations must be removed by the end of the booking period.
- Rental includes access to the gymnasium, seating for up to 3,500 attendees, and on-site restrooms.
- Optional add-ons (e.g., audiovisual equipment, catering space) are available for an additional fee.
- Wi-Fi access is provided, but connectivity may vary depending on event attendance.
